I'm not a fan of the gimmcky stuff though Punch Out on Wii is one of my favorite games.
Well I hope they still launch an Ouya 2. I still see scope for them to launch a K1 (hopefully 64 bit) Ouya 2 . There is a number of people that wont pay $200 for the Shield, if Ouya can produce a K1 Ouya 2 for as close as possible to $99 and under $130. Then I think it will be fine and attract a number of people at the lower price point.
Just thought I would chime in about the OUYA 2.
So android has got x86 and 64 bit support and is starting to move in that direction quite quickly.
I think we can cross out the Tegra 4 due to that -
1. Game engines such as Unity 3D, Unreal 4 and the like support android based 32 bit and 64 bit android by default.
2. If OUYA wants to get the modern game engines as well as more games on board they will need a chipset that is x86-64 based.
So at minimum we can expect a Tegra K1 and at most an Tegra X1. But that is if they want to stay current with their hardware.

Yeah I'd get it for about $99-$139.99 with K1 and $129.99-$169.99 with X1. Thats about it for me. I cant justify paying anymore cause then I could get Shield, which I plan on getting anyway. I'd like to see Zrro's technology implemented/integrated. By then maybe it will be integrated into
all Android os. Other then that I'd also wish to see native google play store access without having to root for that. Discover store and Play store side
by side would work good for me as well. I'd want some of the features you'd expect and want that are in some of the other consoles that are going to be out here in the future.
Oh Ouya 2, how you tease me.
You are ever close, but ever distant.
In my dreams you are powerful, but yet, you are non existent
Come soon Ohh Ouya two, give new vigor to this forum
Bring new development and spark, and relieve us of this boredom
Be powerful and affordable.
But please Ouya, make it now available
Come soon Ouya 2, come soon
