While some of you may be aware of this. DecalGirl has a excellent line of OUYA console and controller skins that you can purchase. You can find the main page along with more selection here (http://www.decalgirl.com/shop/GamingDevices/OUYA).

These skins have been Killswitch approved.
(That should be worth another penny :) )

Might have to get the Abolisher.

Yeah, I find them rather cool myself. Good prices too.

That's pretty sweet, I would like to see them work with some of the indie developers here to make game specific skins for OUYA.

Agreed. I do find the ones mentioned a bit too generic/bland. A Gaurodan skin would make me sing, dance and pay at the same time.

Are the controller decals cut so that after applies one can still insert new batteries? Will the touch pad still work? And do they cover the controller sync lights?

Questions aside, they do look sweet.

Those are pretty cool. I do wonder how much skins would affect heat dissipation though ? Mine gets way to hot on the outside, imho its more than any hardware should need to tolerate for very long. The lack of any actual active controlled airflow through the case other than maybe convection is just poor design from a cooling standpoint. That said...

I have been experimenting with a Peltier and heat dissipation from the aluminum case itself and what if any effect it actually has on the hardware temps. So far the case stays cool but I don't think its any better overall than removing the top laying it on its side and shooting a fan into it.
