I was charged again for an old buy...

As soon as Heroes of Loot was launched I bought the full version, but yesterday I was charged again.

At first I thought it was some sort of bug, "ok, I'll hit 'buy' and the system will tell I've already own this game!".

But, in fact, I really was charged again for the game!

Anyone with the same problem with this or another game?

Did you get an email saying thanks for the purchase? the system won't say anything except you successfully purchased or something failed.

I have a lot of that mails (I have many purchased games), but to be honest I have not ready them. I'll will check up them.

It should have been the most recent email. If not then you will be fine as it didn't charge you .

If the developer accidentally allows their buy prompt to come up when it shouldnt have, the ouya framework will process it in the exact same way as a normal purchase but as long as your account already has that purchasable and it isnt a consumable purchase like coins in a game, you wont be charged or emailed again. It is confusing because it looks like a full transaction but it isnt.

I've read that others have encountered similar probs. I hope this is fixed soon.

Ok, people.

I wasn't charged for the game again. At the same time I purhased other 2 games (Dig! and Neon Shadow) and only was charged (with confirmaition emails) for this last two.

But is not ok to see that buy button again in a game already own...

I think its fine lol. Oh noez I gotta press a button! Neon shadow has a restore purchase feature but its the same thing... press a button to get your stuff back. I don't get it lol.

This will happen often. Especially if you cannot get to Discover or it takes to long to contact, then yes this will happen. Its the way the system was designed from the start.
