The AI in their games is seriously awful.

One of the worst games I played on ouya yet. Dude on the other team keeps taking the ball and running under the bleachers then the screen turns green. I saw when they were making the football game in the kickstarter video they had a bunch of motion capture equipment set up was that just to make it seem like an advanced game so the money scam would work or something because there is absolutely no motion capture incorporated into any of these games. A studio with that many people working for it should been able to put out at least a working game.

Yeah, this is incomplete like their football game. It's a shame - both games could be a lot better. Better AI, fix the bugs - i.e., polish. I've played this basketball game a few times, but I don't think this company has any real intentions of making these games better. I hope they prove me wrong because I'd love some decent football, basketball, and baseball games.

The graphics are fine.. there is room for improvement, but make the game flow better with better AI and tweak the controls & mechanics. Some meaningful updates and I'll be in for five bucks.

I just think by acknowledging an already established scam as a game, we're telling scam artists that we're complacent enough to tolerate it.
