I tried this last night. It crashed instantly after starting it from Baxy and the Ouya launchers. I installed it to the external hard drive.
Egads this is just not fun. Beyond just being a clone, the blatant use of Pac-Man sound effects rubs me the wrong way, and the screen looks really stretched out. Moving Not-Pac-Man never quite feels right, and I had incidents of playing it and then the character just moving in a different direction with the D-pad. No analog movement just seems odd for a game meant to play off of an arcade classic, and the turning is odd. You move like you do in Pac-Man in theory, but when you play and turn, you seem to turn way too early. At least the music's good. There's a germ of a decent idea here with a more modern take on the Pac-Man design, but this is just not it.

You know that irritated huff that you let out when you're searching for, let's say, Angry Birds and you get back results like Mad Pigeons, Outraged Avians, and Enraged Fowls? I let out that same irritated huff and roll my eyes at blatant rip-offs. If I want to play Pac-Man, I'll play Pac-Man. Say that there's no Pac-Man on the OUYA? I have a handful of emulators that beg to differ. I would never buy a reskinned clone because I don't support cash-grabs.
Holy shit - This is so unbelievably bad!
I can appreciate a game clone. Especially if it's done well and tries to improve on the formula, or at least keeps things entertaining and light.
This game is none of those things. Even ignoring the fact the art is beyond dreadful, and the music is just a 2 second loop - the game is a horribly broken unplayable mess. The controls are non-functional, as the player isn't bound by the grid movement, and in fact gets snapped to an incorrect grid whenever trying to turn, making simple corner navigation an impossible task. The enemies come toward you via the simplest path possible, and once destroyed - never reappear (as I think they respawn in a wall). I have put up with this torture for about ten minutes and can confidently say there is only one repeating level that never gets more challenging.
By the end - I got the top score on the network for this game, but it never let me enter my initials, and just posted my score under "No Name".
After that - the graphics got corrupt, and the front menu (inexplicably only navigable through a touch-pad) shown some broken sprites instead of options.
This is a rare instance where I wish OUYA exercised some quality control veto power.
Dude - something is definitely wrong with your OUYA setup - you post something similar on almost every game you try. Alternatively - it might be that GameMaker Studio has an issue with a part of your setup - possibly your USB storage.I tried this last night. It crashed instantly after starting it from Baxy and the Ouya launchers. I installed it to the external hard drive.
Ultionus: A Tale of Petty Revenge - Out now on Discover Store and Steam!
That wouldn't be very open of them and would even go against what it says on the box. Everyone that owns an OUYA can put a game on it. It is like a webcam for the YouTube of video gaming. The only quality control that is needed is the democratization of how Discover works and receiving constructive criticism/feedback on a game in places like here so that they can make it better. That is one of the things that openness is all about. It is free to try just like all the others. You just try a game and if you don't like it then vote with your wallet by not buying it, or not clicking the like button, using the bury function, or using the new rating system. There is no reason for OUYA to veto our votes.

Burying a game should be recorded as negative vote.
