XBMC Video Kick out

Currently using newest SPMC - over an ethernet connection via SMB, with decent speeds as tested, however when trying to watch a 50 min show last night I had 3 kickouts where the video would just stop and take me back to the main xbmc screen. The show was 720p, not high bit rate at all. It never once showed signs of buffering or even stutter just random kickouts when playing something off my hard drive located on the network. I've heard of these "kick outs" when streaming but now over LAN. Anyone else experience this or have any ideas to fix? I'm trying the same file with Gotham tonight to see if I get different results. Welcome to the club. I went back to plugging in the laptop to the TV. I get kicked out numerous times too. Both spmc and xbmc. I might try loading xbmc it directly from the browser. I dont know if it'll make a difference, but worth a shot. Im hooked up via ethernet as well.
