^ Who's to say they are even running the Ouya store and not there own UI/store - Ouya make their money on SW sales not the HW.

The Copyright etc laws exists for a reason guys, it's specifically designed to stop this sort of thing happening. If Media Cube want to rebrand the Ouya, they can do it under license/permission.

Eldon, you don't seem to know the Copyright, IP, Trademark, Patent etc laws very well. You should give them a read one day, they are great for putting you to sleep I find.
