The KS comments do not give someone the right to slap on their sticker and resell it under their name. Allowing mod's and peripheral creation is a long way from selling the product under your name. This is as classic an example of copyright and IP infringement that you can get.

The same thing happened with the Pandora once, and a cease and desist letter was sent out to the company who stopped selling the product immediately. I'm gob smacked to think people actually think this is even remotely acceptable.

Products can be rebranded and sold - but only under licence or permission to do so. Unless Ouya have given them permission, then it's a clear violation of copyright in it's purest sense.
