    Ouya Controller battery life?

I got to say the battery life on the ouya controller is impressive. I got my ouya for xmas and they included 2 duracell AA batteries in the box. I have used my ouya a lot with playing games, watching movies on xbmc, experimenting, etc. I got to say the console has have to been on for over 30 hours in that time frame and I am still on the same set of batteries. Anyone know the battery life of the controller and if there are warning when the controller batteries are dying?

when the batteries are low that controller icon in the corner will have a red annotation giving you the remaining percent of the batteries life.

Took around 45-48 hours to go through the Duracells. I play my ouya 3-4 hours a day. I now use 2000mah rechargables batteries, change them every 2 months by clocking a good 100+ hours per charge.

I had around 2 months worth of use with the batteries that it came with, I was impressed it lasted that long since I used it nearly everyday.
For the indication, I'm not sure if it changed but the 1st and 4th led on the controller blinks.

I'm actually surprised the other way around. I would expect wireless controllers to last long because they are basically remotes that have always lasted long for me. When I first got my PS3 it didn't take too long for me to realize that it was pointless to make them wireless. That was surprising.

devices such as tv remotes only really use power when a button is pressed. game controllers on the other hand keep a constant connection, using up power all of the time that they are in use.
