Kino Koichi is the Mushroom Bouncer, a bodybuilding mushroom whose job it is to "bounce" unruly mushrooms that are invading human territory! To keep the peace between mushroom and human kind, Koichi is on a mission to get the mushroom outbreak under control. Under ground, above ground, and back in time -- the mushroom madness is spreading in this addictive, crazy, retro, mushroom-bopping adventure!

Mushrooms abound out of bounds in this wacky mushroom-bopping adventure, set in a myriad of different locations... including some that might leave you scratching your cap. A cafe, the city streets, a desert island, a haunted house -- You never know where the little shrooms might pop up next!

The game is, okay at best I think. It was a bit cryptic to find the 2 player mode (need to press A on the second controller ingame), but once found it made as a better multiplayer game. Maybe add some enemies/threats of some sort? A two player option in the menu may be better as well I think. Overall a good start. I hope you two do plan on updating it when you can because this has the potential to be a great game.

I think pressing any key on the 2nd controller should do the trick. I was inspired by 2 player "Contra" for NES where you press start on the 2nd controller to join in at any time. I thought it was an elegant way to do it.

Regarding game difficulty -- I was thinking the same thing. Namely, if it isn't good now, it could be. But we hit the point where we needed some outside players and feedback, so we went ahead and released it. Believe it or not, I released at the beginning of December and the game has seen about 21 version updates since then -- fixing all kinds of bugs and actually adding quite a few features. So yeah, I don't think we're "done for good" with it or anything.

I was thinking it might be good to limit the use of his special powers, or make it more difficult at least in "normal" difficulty. Maybe have the game start out in Normal, too (right now it starts out on Easy). That way the little kids could play it, but teens and adults could get a challenge as well. I do think the game is a bit easy right now. There is a "Normal" difficulty right now, but it doesn't do *that* much.
