Neo Geo Games - better on MAME?

I love Emulation, and I have several NEO GEO games that I play in MAME. I was looking at other emulators, and was considering adding a Neo Geo one. I already have MAME, NES, SNES, N64 and I am going to add Sega Genesis, GBA, GBC and probably PS1.

My Question is: Is it better to just get the MAME roms for the Neo Geo games, or do they run better, look better running in a Neo Geo Emulator?

Also, are all the good Neo Geo games available on MAME? Can you guys recommend some awesome Neo Geo games that I might not have in these other emulators?

MAME has slightly higher compatibility, but NEO.emu has support for a few games that the current MAME core does not and vaguely better performance overall. The NeoGeo game library is completely static and has been for years, so you're not likely to find a bunch of titles you can't experience one way or the other.
