It came out and seems the same as the original ones. But I never really had problems with the first or second revisions.

Then you haven't used them. The newest iteration has indents on the thumbsticks and the triggers are supposed to feel better. Hopefully the Dpad is better too, but I don't remember hearing about it. Somewhere on this forum there are photos that I couldn't find on Google Images.
