Anthony: Try it again? The Wii maxes out at 480p, and I've found it sometimes takes a little bit before the stream settles in and gives you good video. It should at least equal the Wii's video quality!
In regards to the phrase "Full HD" They could mean that Android 4.3 and up are capable of 1080p. I know that some people refer to 720p as "just HD" with 1080p being "Full HD" I actually have a Wii and I could spend some time tomorrow checking out a movie or a show on both the OUYA and Wii and do a comparison.
