Interesting game on Paper. I thought it would be like the classic Descent games on PC. Turns out it's no more than a repetitive "go through tube. Find item X & Y. Destroy it"... Because of that, it destroys any potential the game could of had.
This game would have worked better if each level came in the form of a body part or part of the body and allowed a more free-roam approach. This could be achieved by adding a GPS style map system, and adding to the visual geography to be more than just a long tube. So have branching areas where veins split. In the veins themselves, add the necessary valves that open and close with each pump of the heart. Plus add some more unusual features along the way using some imagination.
The story could be improved somewhat if you were say injected into the leg (for some bizarre reason) and you have to make your way to the heart. From the heart, you join the arteries and make your way to the brain where you have to attack the cause of the infection.
Either way, some of the reality needs to be suspended and the game made more free-form so it's not just an on the rails type shooter game and (without making a poorly/loosely related pun) it flows better. Maybe I'm being harsh here. But the overall design decisions makes this game a huge disappointment

I liked the game initially, it was just the shooting didn't work, which kinda prevented further playage.
