Sorry to hear your kickstarter didn't succeedBut this game is utterly fantastic, even for a preliminary build, played this for a couple hours last night.
Hello!
I AM making a port of my puzzle game called bob's game for the OUYA.
Yuu can queue it to your OUYA here!
I have just released a preliminary build after a few days of work, just as a playable proof-of-concept.
After I improve the responsiveness and feel I will gradually add in local and network multiplayer and a whole bunch of other features.
My Kickstarter unfortunately did not succeed so now I have to find a way to bootstrap getting some equipment and resources to continue the game.
In the meantime I am sleeping in my car and working on an old Macbook inside Starbucks...
Price
- Most likely $1 to unlock multiplayer
Changelog for v0.1
- Initial version
- Quick and dirty port to libGDX
Follow me on Twitter @bobsgame (even though I do not tweet) so I can silently amass an empire of minions.

I can and can't believe the Kickstarter failed. We(not me personally but the gaming masses) will fund as many one-dimensional ripoffs as they can for the same exact game than put money towards something that is fresh and unique. I love puzzle games so I'm a little irritated that this didn't get funded, but I'll move on as I shouldn't be taking it harder than you. From the video, it seems rather polished for a v0.1 release and I think you can pass it off as a complete game without any problems as long as you had some kickass music that gets your adrenaline pumping and your hands sweating. Puyo Puyo(or Puyo Pop here in the States) is a good example of this because even if you were beaten by Dr. Robotnik a million times on the hardest difficulty; just hearing his theme song kept you going.

That music is fantastic. I will have to spend some time making some chiptunes style tracks for it. The Mega Drive has an interesting sound chip if I recall correctly.
Eventually I will add in user-created theme support, which should solve the issue for themes created by the colorblind person for themselves, not sure about shared themes though. I will think about it if I get that far with development.
There's probably some truth to that, but I think timing was also an issue. A bunch of other promising KS projects failed or only barely succeeded around the same time that normally would've had better success. We had a large glut of great KS games all ending near Christmas, and that virtually guarantees that several promising projects were going to fail.
I somehow got to level 4 without knowing what I was doing (I'm also colourblind).
I like how the game changes with every level.
shame about your campaign, mine failed tooso i know your woes.
On a more positive note your game is brilliant however some of the games on it i have no idea what to do, couple of things id like to see.
A progressive soundtrack, getting faster the closer you get to the top would be cool.
The other one and in my opinion the main one would be a help section so i know what the power ups do and the how to play the games, one way you could do that is when it changes level maybe a splash screen with some info about the game.
Either way this is awesome and i don't even like many puzzle games.
