    Google play issues

    Hi guys,

I just bought ouya a few days ago and so far I am moderately happy, my only issue is I can't get google play to work. I have followed step by step guides but when I open it it says no connection and I can't find a solution to this anywhere, any advice would be great. Also I want to be able to download torrents but BitTorrent keeps crashing when I try to download a torrent, anyone know an alternative to BitTorrent that works well utorrent? Also I can't see my downloads in the storage part of the os I have to view it in xbmc which is annoying!! I am very new to ouya so any advice would be greatful!

    Merry Xmas!

    Andy

Alternative would be Adownloader you can google it. I dunno about the connection issues. Sounds like something went wrong with xposed

Also I have an external 1tb drive which mounts perfectly well however do I need the emulator on the mounted drive along with the rooms or can I have them in both locations or separated between internal and external drive?

Apologies if this is a stupid question

Ok cool thanks, would that require a factory reset or just remove the programs effected? Also would I need to re-root if I factory reset?

    Re: Google play issues

Id suggest a factory reset. Then you'll need to reroot and follow the steps to install google play. I'm assuming you found the "all things root" thread.
