    Noob stuck

    Hi all.

I recently purchased an Ouya and am really struggling getting apps sideloaded.
I've followed several tutorials such as this one:

    http://www.progressivethink.in/on/ou...a-easyloading/

and several youtube videos but I seem to be getting stuck @ the same spot all the time. I start a download via the browser on the Ouya but then I can never find where it went. I tried installing Dropbox onto the Ouya via the method suggested in the link above but I have no idea where to find it? I typed http://goo.gl/8P1u in the Ouya browser and a little box opened up saying "Downloading" but then I have no idea where to find it or where it would be installed. The tutorial said it should install under the "Make" section beside the browser but it isn't there.

I also installed Filepwn and then plugged in a USB stick into the back of the Ouya but it won't show the apk files I put on there. I shows other things on my USB stick but won't show the apks.

I must be missing something here, getting a little frustrated. Any help or link to some noobie friendly tutorials would be appreciated. Thanks and Merry Christmas!

when you start filepwn it automatically shows your usbstorage, to view internal storage select parent folder at the top than sdcard. There you will find your downloads folder.

    Thanks undrftdroar.

I accidentally stumbled upon my downloads within Filepwn and was able to install what I had downloaded, thanks for the help.
Still not sure of this Ouya thing but the curiosity in me will continue to plod away and keep coming back here for help :-). Thanks again.

I recommend (if you've got a mouse) solid explorer. Once you've set it up, you can see both your internal memory and one external memory source (usb drive etc) on the same screen, making transferring or locating files a breeze.
