Sonic Adventures 2: Ive got some slowdowns and the music is a little bit too slow. Some settings to fix that?

I don't get any gamplay slowdowns but I do see lots of mixed frame rates between say 15 and 30, but I run ouya overclock.

A shame that the analog sticks on the ouya are rather bad when it comes to playing the game, very hard to do slight turns without making sonic run into walls.
