Avatar question

Whenever I post, I don't see my own avatar image. I do see it when I view my profile. Any idea why?

Also, I can't for the life of me remember how to change my avatar. I can find the place to edit all the other parts of my forum profile, but not the avatar.

You added a profile avatar to your profile page which is only seen once someone visits your profile. You want to go into Settings and then Edit Avatar in the UserCP page. Add an image there that's within the forum restrictions(image of 120 by 160 pixels or 19.5 KB) and submit it.
