I haven't worked on the game in some while due to lack of time so i just took it off the marketplace whatever. I might rebrand it to a space-theme and adding more features/diffrent blocks/mechanics in the future if i ever get the time
It sounds like they are making something up. That would be like Namco saying that they have a copyright on eating blocks. It also sounds more like a patent thing than a copyright thing. I tried out your game once and it just seemed like a game of the same genre.

A couple of shrunk in-game test screenies of OUYA RockRush in action. It's all working well so far. nearly everything is in and seems to be working as it should

At this rate RockRush is actually likely to be out before my first OUYA game, AquaVenture

No. My AquaVenture is a completely new and original game with no ties to that "unreleased" game.

Oh man! This official Boulder Dash release for OUYA is HIDEOUS!
It looks like a beginner GameMaker project.
The presentation is amazingly amateurish - there is a distinct lack of polish in the way things look and move, and even the classic games don't look right due to an incorrect zoom level, wrong speed, terrible high-res text pop-ups and that eyesore of an interface sitting on top of it.

BoulderDash was never among my favorite games of all time, but after seeing this I want to make a very pretty clone of it just to offset this travesty: (

Rockin! I am looking forward to your game man!
