Also, I feel I gave my money to someone who doesn't really know his way around OUYA development.

I wish you the best of luck with further development, and I hope this title will actually make it to the OUYA.
He is actually asking you what YOU think he should do, since it will directly affect how quickly there will be a playable form of the game. My money goes on getting a working OUYA Alpha before the rest of stuff is added in.

But how should I know? I mainly took from the message that the last weeks have been filled with unsuccessful attempts of trying to get the engine running on the OUYA. That doesn't inspire confidence.

Regardless of wether we now move the left or the right leg first, we're not in the best of places to begin with.

Voted for the bug-free OUYA version. Don't think it has to be uploaded ASAP though.

Which is why I say get it running on OUYA first, THEN worry about the extras. Extras do you no good if the game does not run on OUYA.

I said the same - get it on OUYA. It doesn't matter if it's not performing as well as on pc, at least there will be something and fine-tuning/optimizing and adding can be done later.

I just want to say thank you guys, I know this month I've seen scattered brained. The harsh realization that the engine isn't working on OUYA the way that it was suppose to along with some real life stuff have hurt my efforts.

This will get to OUYA. The reason I'm asking you guys is because I want you guys to be happy. I want to know what I can do to restore your faith. I should have done it when I first encountered the problem but to late for that.

If getting it on OUYA will restore your faith vote for that
If making a great beta will restore your faith then do that
If you don't wanna see it on beta until it's amazing and a full game vote for that.

I want to make a game to please you guys, once I get into features I'll be using the poll system a lot more and get double votes moving. I promise I won't let you guys down, I've spent a lot of time planning this and it'll take death or me losing both my hands (and becoming blind) to make me give up.

Anyway thank you for voting! I think I know which way this is swinging so I know what I gotta do! Time for an engine rewrite, wish me luck everyone!

I voted for getting it to Beta, then on the store. I appreciate everyone wanting this game out ASAP. Trust me, I'm one of those people, but because this game is so much like Minecraft, I'm afraid it might get a fair amount of attention once it hits the store.

I don't think its fair to this game, or to Eric, to have an alpha or pre-alpha hit the storefront, and then the game gets dragged through the mud, and becomes another arrow in the quiver of Ouya-Haters. Even if the game does reach minecraft levels of polish and gameplay, the initial damage of being brought to the market too soon might be more than it can overcome.

Thats my thoughts anyways. I think this is a good effort, and the only suggestion I can give to Eric is to continue to provide updates, even if they are tiny, just to keep your fans engaged, and to let us know you're still plugging away.

Keep up the work, and thank you for listening to the community.
