OUYA games I've had a hand in: Slashers: The Power Battle (voice actor), Battle High 2 (casting/marketing director, voice actor)
This kind of game is what OUYA needs.![]()

Well they are cutting it back. Removing worlds and cutting moves and animation in order to get the game out......
Recent kickstarter backer only updates went through the whole thing and it is a little sad but the game is coming along. Hopefully we will get hints of a release date soon.We know this is not what everyone wants to hear, but the truth is that this HAS to happen. The originally scoped game is just too big for this title. Coming to terms with that was not a pleasant process for our design team, but now that we have made that turn, and are determined to get everything we want out of this title (despite the smaller scope), I am genuinely excited about the project again. It’s still daunting as hell, don't get me wrong, but much more of a manageable endeavor than before.
That is a good thing, thing is feature creep happens and things tend to get larger than expected. Every game designer runs into this eventually, cutting back is always the way to go, and is a necessary part of the game design process.

They have a good plan in the form of pushing content back for future sequels. All these years later, Nintendo is STILL introducing things to Mario and Zelda that were originally proposed for the first games in those series. If you have ideas you didn't get to do the first time, then you also have ideas to keep the sequels from getting stale.

"But I don't want to go among mad people," Alice remarked.
"Oh, you can't help that," said the Cat: "We're all mad here. I'm mad. You're mad."
"How do you know I'm mad?" said Alice.
"You must be," said the Cat, "otherwise you wouldn't have come here."
