I would love to see emulators (NES, SNES, MASTER, etc.) be able to load ROMs from windows shares! I know the Wii has this option on some of its homebrew emulators. Any projects open for collaboration on this?

Doesn't the firmware come with cifs?
You will need root to mount shares but Rooting Ouya is simple and doesnt look risky.
