FOTONICA is a first person game about jumping, sense of speed and discovery. The key is timing, the goal is exploring and traveling flawlessly through the environment. The setting is an abstract - mainly duotone - outlined world, with a look referring to the geometrical abstractions from the 50s and the 3D low-poly gaming era.

This is a really awesome game, such a simple concept but with the art you just end up playing over and over and over...

You'd think you'd get frustrated when you die fifty times trying to beat a level but as for myself I had a huge smile on my face the whole time. The experience is so awesome even failure is fun!

Game does seem short though, I played it for like 45 minutes and seems like I'm almost done with all the stages. Oh well, definitely a unique experience that I think is worth the $4.99

I love that there is an endless mode too. Plus there is multiple difficulty levels. I am thoroughly impressed with this game, definitely worth the 4.99

I can't figure out how to jump across large pitfalls. Been playing this off and on since its release and can't ever get past a certain point.

You need to get at the right speed and the right timing, sometimes you need to restart and go off a different ledge.

This totally slipped between the cracks for me - I LOVE THIS GAME! The minimalistic look reminds me of Night Driver, which I love. You really to really use your imagination for games like this, and despite it being a first-person game, I was able to judge the timing for jumps fairly well.

I still suck at this game. Can't eve make it twenty seconds in the first stage.
