One of my fellow coders and peeps that has made a few OUYA games really despairs at the "spam" he receives from this site and it's twitter presence, and maybe a less in your face process could work while still reaching people who might not know about the forum.

Give devs an ability to opt out of further contact (emails on a game release, follows by the twitterbot etc) if they don't want to come here?

He has written about it here and he does find it rather annoying as it's been going on for months now.

Just want everyone to be happy - surely there must be a way of implementing something like this for the peeps who don't fancy joining?
