I was a helper once upon a time. I wasn't saying that you guys did nothing. I think you should reconsider what you think i said. I am pretty impressed that Riot is still sane. I'm VERY greatful for what they do and I don't think you actually read my post if thats your reaction to it.

At least some people understand. You, Kaimega(before being promoted), Sluup, and so many others actually sympathize with Staff as a whole when it comes to the decisions we're forced to enact upon because they've seen the shit we deal with firsthand. If that's not something to think about then I can go ahead and tell you that some Staff members are trying their hardest to help me out personally because I always receive endless amounts of beatings from everybody on this website and they're tired of seeing it despite the fact that I'm just doing my job. That right there is a clear example that Staff is here to help. We help one another up here and we try our best to do the same with regular members.

The reason why I even made my Super Moderator application in Site Discussion is because I have a desire to help you regular members more than anybody else which means being there for you if you need me. Other stuff like infracting and warning people are the last thing on my mind because I have no desire whatsoever or get off on watching somebody slowly get closer to a ban. Unfortunately, some people just don't follow the rules here and while I know some people were born into families that allowed cursing nonchalant-like and because of that they use it in everyday conversations. It however doesn't change the fact that curse words are technically bad including things like just general foul language which was also against the rules.

This forum didn't start out with very many rules and that only changed because people were acting out on what the past Staff assumed was common sense not to do. After they got a reality check, they started adding more rules and then people either got around them intentionally or forced them to create ones they didn't think needed to be added in the first place which started leading the rules page to get bigger and bigger as time went on. We can't just banish people for breaking the rules as it's not how we're supposed to do things which was one of the arguments I've seen in this thread and prior to it. This forum is only a year old and we only have one official ban on here with it being Moonlight which most of you know why that's the case and you personally made posts towards him Timmy. I remember seeing a thread that had you defending me and the rest of that Staff which I then private messaged you with my thanks because everybody is quick to throw us under the bus for things that aren't even our fault.

As for some of the people in this thread. You broke the rules in the chatbox and rightfully got punished for it and look at the comments I'm getting. One of you wanted me to delete your account on here and I banned you from the chatbox instead which meant forum access still so because I did that, you decided to go on a hate campaign about me. Funny thing is, is that you're an ex-Staff member and were the worst role-model I've seen in the chatbox in a long time. There was a reason why you got demoted and that incident you caused reaffirmed that decision.

As for another individual. Because of that person I'm mentioning above, I feel I came down a little hard on you. I was irritated by the sheer stupidity of this other user and you unfortunately did the exact same thing(stupidity excluded) right after I had banned him from the chatbox. I will never say I wasn't doing my job correctly like I did the last and all the other Staff agree that I did the right thing after they reviewed the situation, but I feel that if I was less emotionally compromised I could have just calmly said "please stop" instead of acting how I did. I know a good member when I see one and I know now that if I had just handled you differently, then we wouldn't be at a weird phase of not talking to each other and for that I apologize.

The rules are in place for a reason and Staff enforces them for a reason. Anybody harping on us doesn't understand how tricky it is to go about things and it won't get solved, if not get worse by simply banning them as a person mentioned previously in this thread. I'm not the same as the other Staff members and I could easily erase anybody from existence on here, but choose not to because I want everybody I possibly can to just get along and have a fun time here. Nobody is in their positions to have enforcing as their main priority while making people comfortable here a secondary. I've previously spoken to a Staff member who I didn't get along with very well at all and it turns out that we have the same goal in mind with it being to make OUYAForum a great place so because of that we're buddies now and are communicating, helping, and going about everything else as we should.

Another thing I want to put out there is that we can't reveal everything for a reason. We have a hidden folder up here out of regular sight and sometimes have to do things which we can't, or shouldn't explain. If you see a Staff member doing something that you're not sure what to make of then simply ask them about it and if they can't answer in whatever way then just accept it. If you see a Staff member doing something "wrong" then contact them to talk it out if they can or contact another Staff member to get them to see what's up. Keep things civil and proper which is all we can ask for.

One last thing I want to put out here is that we're human and make just as many mistakes as anybody else in the world. If you do see a Staff member doing something wrong(that's actually wrong) which they're not aware of then be polite about it by calmly notifying them. Don't be mean by rubbing it in their face, or calling them a poor Staff member on what just might be human error at work. If it's one of the things Staff always agrees which each other on is that nobody gives us a chance around here which just makes our jobs harder and our moods at a less than preferred state. You wouldn't want to be treated the way we are so don't do it to somebody else, or add fuel to any fires already caused by people who don't get this.

That will be all. A certain person with fluffy paws can private message me if he likes, or anybody for that matter that's not a dip-shit which is my one exclusion for my private message inbox. It used to be just Moonlight, but I added a few people to the list since this forum had gone insane these past couple of days.

We're currently working on a fair solution for everybody, as said in the past posts. I'm going to lock this thread to avoid further confusion and whatnot, we'll keep you guys updated.
