I'm on os x so that isn't the problem, the thing is that xbmc only provides a guide for linux and the tools aren't always named exactly the same so when trying to install things there are bound to be hiccups and even if I got everything installed building still wouldn't automatically succeed due to differences between them, would take less time to create a linux vm and get everything in order that way, that's still more time than I currently have at my disposal for this though.
For some reason my XBMC official addons show up empty. Tried refresh and update but it stays empty. Reinstalled 2.4.1 and that didn't work either. Read somewhere to delete addon.db but not sure where to find it on Android. Does anyone know or have another suggestion for getting the repo back to work? Can't seem to find a zip for the official repo.
Was trying to download the log uploader.
Koying, I think I mentioned this in the old thread but don't remember getting any clarity, and I don't like asking in the xbmc forums.
Tv shows nowadays are mostly encoded with x264, even for sd. But the AR is always incorrect giving small vertical black bars on the sides. It's not a major issue, I change view mode to "stretch 16:9" to solve it, but I want to "highlight" this bug anyways. This doesn't occur with 720p x264 or older sd xvid stuff. I suspect the reason this only affects x264 sd is that 720 material is released in mkv container and sd i.e. HDTV.x264 is released as mp4, but I have no proof to confirm this. It doesn't happen in XBMC for Windows.

Hi koying!
Is there any way to implement support for the popular Mele F10 pro remote in your build? that would be appreciated by alot of people! =)
Thx for all your hard work!
Thanx a lot koying for all the effort you put into this project.my ouya already replaced my popcorn hour media player as my primary media center in my living room.i only have that annoying frame drop issue now.especially at 1080p x264 mkvs.isn't it possible to fix this in a future build of SPMC koying?
