Okay, here goes. The game most of us were waiting to hate... I'm gonna go ahead and say that other than sports games that aren't really sports games like Mutant League Football, I don't like any of this "real" stuff. I decided to download it and give it a fair shot to see if I actually liked the game and I unfortunately did not. It's okay and I have nothing to complain about, but it came down to the very same dislike I have for "real" sports games.

As a comparison to others like Madden 2001 which I also played, it's alright. *Gulp* W-What do you guys think?

I believe that's why the rest of the world refers to it as "American football". (It's not real football, is it?)

I'm actually a huge football fan, and am glad to see this game come to OUYA. Still haven't had a chance to try it yet though, but will be doing that this weekend

Didn't really like how it plays.. at first it was so fast paced I couldn't even figure out what I was doing. It turned out I was winning and the only button I had figured out was how to jump for an interception (d'oh!). So once I found the controls I thought it'd be more fun but it really isn't. The AI is pretty dumb and the game is so fast paced that you're lucky to get a button press or two in before you're on the ground.

Not to mention the free version only lets you use 3 different plays.

Graphically the game is pretty bad. Combined with gameplay I didn't enjoy and this is a delete for me.

OK, I just played a game. Overall, it's the best football game on OUYA. However, that isn't saying a lot since there is only 1 other. It would be nice if you got more for free, but I can't blame the developer for only allowing 3 plays. It definitely entices you to want to buy the game.

As for gameplay. It's OK. Way too many turnovers. Seems like every other possession ends in a fumble or interception. A bit unrealistic there.

I couldn't figure out if you can do a running play or not (other than with the QB), although I didn't purchase the game thus I only had the standard 3 plays.

I'll play this again some more and see if I notice anything else worth noting.

The **** did I just read? I know that there's an excessive amounts of turnovers in the NFL, but it's good promotion for all those bakeries.

I've heard Brits refer to it as "handegg" quite a few times. Lol
