I have seen a lot of folks post pics on twitter of free Ouya hoodies in the past couple of weeks. Does anyone have an earthly idea of how one gets to be in the running for one of these things, or is it random? or only developers? or what?

You either have to be a Wizard or a Ninja. These are actually vague. But it basically means if you're a Wizard, you are a developer who has, or can prove you're bringing a game to OUYA.
A Ninja is someone who can sneakily, through intelligent wit or praise, prove to OUYA that you need one or make a comment that's deemed worthy of their thanks.
By that reckoning, they actually owe me one. I've had the company request (for legal purposes) to use some of my comments for marketing purposes. That makes me an official Ninja.

Yeah it's creeping into the lower 30s here, would love to rock an OUYA hoodie. Only time I saw them mention it on twitter you had to be from a specific state...I'm not on twitter a lot but I'd love to snag one of these up!
