Why thats good considering it was a full $15! Personally i think he would have made more at $10 at least twice maybe more sales, but thats the gamble they take with setting the price, still way too much for a indie title imo, i grew up on amiga pd, shareware games so wont buy until its alot cheaper, same for people i know.
Even more so when you consider the OUYA audience was less than 70,000 users in those 4 months. Conversion rates are usually 5% or less on mobile platforms, which makes this an above average success considering it's multi-player only on a platform with a significant number of free options to compete with.
That certainly is good news. I guess a lot of us have been waiting for that update for quite some time now, and I'm glad to see that we finally have a date for its arrival!
What is the source that 5,000 is the current number of sales? Anyway, I think this is a good thing. It shows that the OUYA really is a console where new games can be born.
