Does the skin widget add on works with the last nightly build?
Well it really is hard to say why it would be crashing, perhaps try to remove the app and reinstall it. As for the Skin, I can tell you that it does work with the current build so perhaps there is something odd going on there as well. Try posting you log files and I'll try to take a look, use pastebin when in doubt.

I installed this launcher and the custom theme. The theme is very similar to the Xbox 360's Metro UI. It's a lot more cleaner than the OUYA launcher and is also easy to install. I can even play OUYA games from it. I like it. Thanks muchly for this![]()
No problem with the U button on my side...
But a lot of crash in some menus, and videos issues.
I'll stay on SPMC... again

Is there a way for me to access the store or do I have to switch back to my default launcher just so I can download games?
No, sorry mate, you would have to use the OUYA launcher for that, BUT you can always kill the OUYA launcher app when your done if ya like :-P

To avoid the launcher, you can use the original xbmc release and use autoboot which will boot xbmc on ouya start.
With this you have the save behaviore but you keep the original launcher.
Actually it is not the same behaviour, the boot app only starts the XBMC app when you cold boot the OUYA. If you power it off via the controller and turn it back on, you will be taken to the OUYA menu, likewise a double press of the "OUYA/Home" button on the controller will also return you to the OUYA menu. If you set XBMC as the launcher you will be returned to the XBMC app when any of these events happen.
As for avoiding the launcher, when you get the prompt as to what you want to use, OUYA vs. XBMC, just select OUYA and then click Always, this will tell the system to continue to use the current launcher.

Would you mind compiling https://github.com/hessius/SPMC to an .apk? The PR on the main fork seems to be ignored for now.
