Coming soon to the OUYA (and large screen)...

AquaVenture is a retro styled turn-based puzzle adventure game, set in the depths of the ocean.

Originally released on the OpenPandora (and winner of the original game format in the DragonBox Coding Competition 2013), AquaVenture is being recoded to take advantage of the OUYA and a large screen.








The game is currently fully playable on the OUYA, but I'm updating bits and bobs to suit the OUYA as well as adding extra levels and sea-life.

Any news for when this is coming? or update on development?

It was rejected yesterday due to a control issue after unlocking the full app apparently. I never noticed this (and haven't had time to check yet), but it should be a simple fix. Hopefully it'll be available early next week.

It was actually uploaded before Christmas, but obviously got stuck in the queue.

I remember AquaVenture, that game looked cool then and does now! Did it not come out for the Gp2x wiz as well? I thought it did but my screen rotted pretty hard (twice).

Yes, I released it on Wiz and the Caanoo too. I've updated the game and graphics a bit for this version and fixed a couple of bugs that cropped up.

Yeah I knew this game looked familiar. I bought the Caanoo after I gave up on the wiz and the screen broke on me like a few weeks after owning it. Completely gave up on GPH after that because come on, everything else was durable but the screen! D:

It seems that you've been very unlucky with your devices

I've owned a Wiz for about 4 years and Cannoo for about a year (as well as 2 GP2Xs - F100 and F200). All still work well.
