ok. i see now! i wonder why i didn't see before? maybe i wasn't looking there. i know i looked under the 'PLAY' option, which was when i then got the go to 'DISCOVER' prompt.
i will assume that i dont need the sd card connected once the game is installed either then?

ok. i've read the post about deleting but 1 of the files listed is 596MB, which went on the OUYA yesterday. i have no idea at all what that is. i certainly didn't download anything of that size. i had a couple of versions of esef which are no good, obviously. it's those that i want to get rid of. my obvious concern is that if i delete this big file, what will happen? is it likely to cause me problems? bear in mind that i have got XBMC installed on it.

I don't know what that large file could be, but maybe somebody else can tell you. I wouldn't touch it just in case it's one of those files that requires the system to be operable. I'd just leave it until someone else comes here and helps you with that particular file.
