Maldita Castilla - Locomalito

I've been waiting/hoping for this game to hit Ouya ,and today it finally happened. I love what locomalito makes for Ouya ,and this is no exception. I highly suggest everyone check out Maldita Castilla. As with all of Locomalito's games its completely free.

I played it up to about level 3. I just wish he would add the ability to save your progress.

Have you read his philosophy disclaimer? They are supposed to be beatable in one sitting. It's more about mastering the game than beat portions of it. While I absolutely agree with you in a general sense (I love checkpoints with all my heart) his games are kind of refreshing that way.

Yeah i read it before ,but when you have a two year old that demands your attention during a play session kind of hard to finish in one sitting LOL

Since I'm a fan of Super Ghouls 'n Ghosts, and after seeing this trailer, I KNEW I had to download this game.

EDIT: Major problem. I tried to start the game once at the title screen, and it won't after pressing every button on the OUYA controller. What's going on?

This looks good. Is that a video of the OUYA version? Does the OUYA version look just like that with the scan lines and everything?

I got off work early today and am at home so let's see what I can figure out for you dude.

EDIT* I played up to the first boss and to get past the title screen, I pressed circle. Make sure your controller is not being interfered by other bluetooth devices along with the batteries actually working.

My Macbook's Bluetooth is turned off and my batteries are working on the OUYA controller, and it won't go past the title screen as many times as I press the O button on the controller.. I'm stumped.

Not really sure what to tell you Cadmium as i never encountered that issue. Schiz....i don't recall there being scanlines...it doesn't run in full 1080p widescreen its kind of like in a 4:3 format. Still looks really good.
