It's based off a snapshot of our development repo from a week back or so. It says it's 0.9.9.7 but it's more of a beta build of that.

Unfortunately you will have to redownload.

I'd like to know how is PSX emulation (PCSX-reARMed) compared to FPse.

It can't do HD rendering, but general compatibility and speed is better from my tests.
