Yeah I'm thinking its like the letter we all probably got says; won't be until next week when beta testers are chosen.

I think the OUYA Mafia got LightyKD. I bet they offered him a irrefutable deal of money for keeping his mouth shut, or they just up and killed him. I'm rather curious as to where these sources of people saying they got picked are from. Not say that he's lying by any means, but just out of my mind's own hunger for knowledge.

I got the beta-update from Ouya and made a successful transfer of a game to an usb-stick just now. It's very intuitive and everything seems to work great. I guess a general release is not that far away, but that they launched the beta-testing to be sure not to mess up thousands of consoles at once.

What format is your USB stick? FAT32 I assume?

I'm glad to see that you're having luck. My OUYA refuses to pickup on my 160GB western digital HDD. It was formatted to FAT32 and worked well with my directory bind before the beta update. I'm currently formatting the Drive to NTFS. If it picks up then, I will transfer CLARK to it first then unmount and see what type of folders were created on the drive via my PC.
