hey guys, in music is there a play all option? also it will show me my music in the first tab; artists, but it wont let me to the other tabs; genres, songs, albums, ect. is there a certain way to select another tab because even when i use the touchpad it won't let me scroll over.

Like Moonlight said we'll work on it. I hadn't actually noticed that myself so I'll see if I can find a work around.

The dpad does this if the OSD is showing in playback. I don't think it's 5 seconds but somewhere like 30 or maybe a percentage. Not sure EXACTLY but it skips around

You can sideload it onto the ouya and it works as a front end like xbmc, but it will use any third party player that you put on the ouya

I'd love for VLC to be better at playing over SMB, but at the moment XBMC is actually better. Although I can't find anything that doesn't buffer.... I think I need to go down the ethernet route to make the ouya viable as a media centre.

As for VLC on it's own, congrats for porting it. It's a quality player. Thanks

nvm i actually figured that out. although it wont show it you CAN navigate and play all songs by:
-go to the artists , genres, ect bar with the LS (it wont show any induction your on it so when your on the bar you'll see no color change or anything anywhre on the screen) and you go over right twice to songs and it will play all..

We regret to inform you all that Moonlight/torche-hd has been banned again. He was originally banned because he would continue to break the rules even after we gave him second and third chances to stop. We try our best to not make the rules overly burdensome. We try to give forgiveness when we can tell that someone has broke rules either on accident or can tell they are sincerely sorry. We may not follow this perfectly but we try our best and have the best of intentions. Moonlight/torche-hd knows this and takes advantage of our kindness. An example of our kindness was that when we discovered torche-hd was Moonlight we let him stay. We had the full intentions of giving him his original account back after he proved to us that he learned his lesson through observing his behavior with his torche-hd account. He failed to prove to us that he learned his lesson because he continued to disrespect the rules. We didn't want to have to do this but it was his choice. Because we know his project threads will tempt him to make another account we have to lock them. We understand the good he has done and the importance of some of his threads but we can't allow this behavior to continue. We gave him another chance and not just for him but for you because of the good that he has done but we can't allow that to outweigh how hard it has been to moderate him. If we give the hardest member to moderate a guilt free pass then we would have to do that for everyone and that isn't an option. We are sorry to you and sorry to him but this has to stop. He is banned and his project threads will be locked. Will there be a day that we give him yet another chance? We don't know but we do know that today isn't that day.
