Unfortunatly I think because of how Ouya are constantly putting their foot in it and not communicating I think each new console will be another nail in the Ouya console

Agreed, but Ouya/Boxer8 is small (should be) nimble company that can fix all issues once informed. Game Stick seems to be able to do that. If Ouya got their heads out of their @$$es, the could solve all the technical and superficial problems.

So the power supply is apparently for charging the controller. You can also use usb to charge.

I think they are using cloud for app juggling, based on their market and a media preview. You can apparently store your saves and settings and redownload and play. I am not a fan of this, but maybe they decided apps2sd was not enough, since does not move the data files. Shield users have 9gb more free storage than Ouya, but users are upset for this reason. They have apps2sd and it does not help much with newer games.

Virtual mount is the best solution, but unstable if you remove the sd card for any reason.

The power supply isn't for the controller its to power the gamestick with TV's that cant power it through the hdmi, just watch some of the videos on it they have made it pretty clear every time.

More the reason then Ouya is the better micro buy. Especially for some emulators due to the weaker cpu and higher end 3d games due the weaker gpu as well. Point is it is not anymore portable.

Well I'd say the GameStick UI is a very good selling point, but since InvaderGames came out with his custom OUYA launcher based on the kickstarter mockups, kittens are no longer sacrificed on a daily basis every time I turn on my OUYA and the dark clouds of noobsauce OUYA design have parted. The sun shines and birds are singing. I'm still looking forward to my GameStick though. Im basically collecting all of the microconsoles. I have the OUYA and Onlive 'Console' and I pre-ordered the GamePop a while back. I'll just keep adding to the collection.

One of the nice things about microconsoles is they are cheap. So you can have 4 or 5 for the price of one next gen console.. so makes it easily to collect them all lol GameStick, GamePop, OUYA, etc.. will own them all

Well, yeah... I don't think it's going to be that big of a deal. For one, it's slightly cheaper than an OUYA, while the OUYA is more powerful. The OUYA is getting way more developer support than the GameStick. It's not getting more attention than the OUYA (doesn't matter if it's positive or negative). Doesn't have the money/connections OUYA has and I also doubt it has a community like the one OUYA has. It's still competition though. OUYA has plenty of time to knock it down and blow it up to Reese's Pieces.
