I got other "super" item too, but it is a secret!

 

a necklace (or something like that) that let you begin the game at level 2 with any characther!

Starting elsewhere no but it does save in the middle of a game if you quit before dying.

I've been running under the assumption that it is endless. That's why I'm collecting so many hats...

Now I'm trying to get all the hats, but it is a very rare item.

Since the game seems to be endless, a high score table would be very welcome.

Now you got me wondering if you could have enough hats to be invincible enough that you would have to try to die. At that point it would be easy to roll the score in one sitting. I would count that as an ending.

Anyone who spends that amount of time gathering hats deserves to be god of the game!
