OUYA Support - Response to old tickets

Hey everyone, just thought I would post that I got an email from OUYA Support, regarding that I had not marked my problem as resolved (submission around a month ago). Even though I haven't gotten to a resolution, it put me at ease as to them getting to unresolved and old tickets. So... don't think your ticket is buried (well, it might be for now). If it's urgent, you may want to re-enter your ticket after a while, but for others, it may be nice just to know it isn't lost.

We noticed you hadn't closed out this ticket so we wanted to follow up... did you receive everything ok? Please let us know

EDIT: They got back to my reply quickly - case closed for me. Good luck to anyone else waiting on an old ticket.

Great to hear!
It was only a matter of time before they had sorted most out and could start replying to problems.
There is also the possibility they just waited with replying to problems because a lot of them would solve themselves over time.

I think they are just overwhelmed with tickets, and are hoping that tickets will just resolves themselves. I had the something happen to me with a ticket I submitted.

My question: Can I release a beta into the OUYA store?
A couple months later I received the same email as you.
