I've noticed one bug (at least, I assume it's a bug) that has happened to me a couple times now. After an enemy dives off the screen, when it reappears in the formation, very occasionally it will end up being larger than it was originally. It stays the new size even if it dives off the screen and reappears. The exact amount bigger doesn't seem to be consistent -- sometimes it's just barely noticable, while other times it's at least twice the size of the original.

It doesn't really adversely affect gameplay, but it's kind of weird.

The difficulty really starts ratcheting up fast after level 20. It took me quite a few tries to get to level 30, and my best run yet ended at level 40.

Ah.. yes I actually noticed this while I was playing as well. I know the problem and the fix as well. Wow, level 40! Thats pretty impressive. I knew that around level 25 things really started to get tough! You've got a pretty solid score score!

Another comment ... this time more of a design flaw or oversight. Due to the way that powerups appear periodically, it's possible to "camp" on a level and refill your health. You can eliminate all but one or two of the enemies, at which point it becomes almost trivial to avoid getting hit, and then you can simply wait in relative safety until enough health powerups appear to return you to full life.

I suppose that you could also wait for score pickups and increase your score indefinitely too, although that would take some legendary patience.

An option to solve that might be to trigger new powerups based on destroying a number of enemies rather than based on time -- for instance, create a new health pickup every 50 enemies destroyed, or whatever the appropriate number is. That way the player would have to continue progressing in order to refill his life.

Design flaw, never!! haha, just kidding. Yeap, I knew this would come up at some point. Just one of those things at the time where I decided to not worry about it until after releasing. At the moment they are spawned within a random range. Im working on an update for some other minor bugs and Ill wrap this up in there as well.

Once again thanks for your feedback! Its very valuable!

A quick tip: When battling bosses try and use up all your time instead of killing the boss as fast as you can. Score bonuses show up in bunches during boss battles

What changed in the newest version? Also, I see the price it at $4 now. Any plans for any sales or anything?
