A list of all known emulators for OUYA

    http://dayoftheouya.com/a-list-of-al...tors-for-ouya/

So we are all grown-ups here, right? Ok maybe our age says so but we still love to play games from our youth. There is no gamer that didn’t go back to his childhood by playing one of his old favorite games. The problem? You either don’t have the console/system anymore or your new Windows doesn’t support DOS games…. (Shame on you MS btw).

However, no need to panic you can run emulators on your computer or now your OUYA and rejoice in old childhood memories how you’ve slain that one unbeatable Boss or how you’ve collected each and every Pokemon!

The OUYA has enough power to play almost every major video game from the last four decades. Our guide should help you to find the right emulator to play all those fabulous games from the Atari to Nintendo, from Sega to C64 and many more.

So when you’re done with this extensive list, what was your favorite console or game? Tell us in the comments, we love to share memories.

These need to be side-loaded though. I've already tried some of them and not all work...

Mega Drive is my most loved console of all time, and its emulation is flawless on OUYA! ^^

At the moment, I would like to see better PSX and N64 emulators...

This thread is somewhat misleading for instance there is no Dreamcast or Gamecube Emulator for OUYA even if it powerful enough to run them.

I doubt You will see any vast improvements in PSX N64 emulation except some OUYA specific optimization, simply put if there was to be any improvements it would be the PC versions first that are years and years old, then you can go down ladder from there.

No one really make emu's from scratch anymore, rather they just port over pre existing emu's to work with whatever system, every once in a while you will get someone to improve it for that system if the performance totally blows.

What would be a nice touch (Don't know if this something currently available on any emu) is if emu devs somehow could start putting profiles into them, like a configuration file that would automatically adjust an emulators settings to the best know settings for any certain game when it is loaded.
