Same here frame drops with EVERY usable build, I really hope that Koying decides to compile, an updated version of SPMC with his fix!

If I just install the APK, will it overwrite my current SPMC and keep all settings or rather install it next to the current one (meaning I have to transfer all settings somehow?) - or more general how does Android/Ouya figure out if an installer is an upgrade or something new? Does it use a Guid or so?
Well first of all thank you so much, for all the hard work, you have been putting into this. But I'm sad to say that this version, stutters and Judders even more whilst streaming! Mind you I am not a ouya owner yet, but your previous build worked better, on my MINIX Neo x5 mini (rk3066). Although that build had stuttering too, it played much smoother, but also with frame skipping/jumping. Streaming HD video (movies/tv shows off the web) gives a lot of problems, but local files seem to play fine.Originally Posted by koying

It's an upgrade, so everything is kept. It's the standard Android way.

On my OUYA, all stream (HD/SD) plays fine on SPMC.
