Controller Lag? What's your controller's serial number?

Drunkpunk had the idea to check wether controllers with lag issues (either constant noticable lag of 150 to 500ms, or random dropouts that can introduce a lag of 1 - 5 seconds that goes away after a while) are all from the same production series. I find that a good idea, so I'll start this list. Please use this thread to post your controller's serial number (found inside the right faceplate of your controller(s)) along with what kind of problem you have with it (constant or random lag).
Also, the information about your console could be relevant.

If you don't have problems, but feel so inclined, you can post your info, too, so we can compare numbers.

If you'd be so kind as to take discussion to, e.g., this thread, I'm sure this list will remain easily readable.

    ---------------------------------
    Controllers:
    NS132003084 - random lag
    NS132100055 - random lag

    Ouya:
Hardware version: OUYA (is this different for people?)
    Software version: 1.08
    Build Number: 1.0.409_r1

NS132221499 - Random lagging. Doesn't happen often, just a bit here and there. When it happens, I get lag that shows up about almost a full second with what is going on with the screen, then it goes away. Usually last about 2 or 3 seconds.

Also had a PS3 controller drop out and lose connectivity last night while playing Bomb Squad. First time that has happened.
