It's not just Ethernet, ever since the last update even on wifi youtube and xbmc have started stuttering and chrashing like that for me... and my systems only about 3 feet away from my router.

yea wifi presents this issue too... broken record sound followed by picture stuttering, followed by system crash. i find it much more frequent on ethernet though. since ouya does not support xbmc or even youtube, i have my doubts as to their team ever addressing the issue. you are better off flashing to 1.0.365 and install a custom rom or launcher and keep a stable system.

updates should not be forced on final users without an easy way back, especially when a company does not have the manpower to test them properly prior to release, nor to timely fix them when something breaks.

After this update my ouya gets hotter.
The fan started when i was streaming a film over my nas with WLAN (XBMC). Before the update it was cooler without the fan.
Movie was fine without stuttering (~2GB)

Unless it removes HDCP I really don't care

Just in case it hasn't been mentioned here. Julie confirmed that we will get native USB drive support very soon. Just have a look on her latest tweet: https://twitter.com/juhrman

Na. For me the Ethernet s working fine... it's the the wi-fi that's f'ed up. Connects to the network but won't join the internet.
It's a lot easier being righteous than right.

Last update makes more crashes and hangs...memory usage is 706mb...290mb odd free....what's using all the memory? Looked in settings and only 5-6 basic things running inc Ouya launcher which crashes nearly every time it's opened, need reboot the system at least 3-4 times everytime I use the thing....thought things were gonna get better, at the minute they are going in reverse...if it wasnt for emulation I would have flogged this long ago.

I think Ouya shouldn't have hit the market with their pre-alfa release.

    Tip:
Nice alternative is coming from madcatz: http://madcatz.com/first-look-project-m-o-j-o/

Will Skip^^^ Will wait for Googles Machine or a OUYA successor. Not too impressed with Mojo. OUYA already gaining a nice library of controller compatible games. Not into mouse selecting on screen.
