Julie's all right in my book; she took the risk, she got clobbered to some extent, but I think she'll shine in the long run. Major Nelson of 360 fame -- now that's creepy.

It's hard not to respect what she's done. I don't think she 100% understands how to communicate with others outside of her colleague/peer group, but I agree that will improve with experience.

Yeah, she comes from a company that thrives on keeping the good bits to themselves so it's in her blood. I doubt when she was working at IGN, that she had the right to even say where she worked. I'd say give her time so she can get more comfortable with her new(ish) job.

I dunno man....Sometimes I think Julie should just hire some PR guy to do all the talking all the time. Her heart is in the right place but she always seems to fumble up her words and get a lot of shit for it. Not a good thing for Julie whether she is new to this game or not.

Hand on heart and not to sound too right on but I think part of it is internet trolling and misogyny - some of the comments left on the Kickstarter were pure sexism and some things get said that are utterly irrelevant to the OUYA or the team. I'm not saying they've not messed up but pay the ball not the (wo)man.
