Assuming you're not using the worst HDMI cable in the world, I doubt a change of cable will make any difference. It all depends on the resolutions that your TV will accept in HDMI mode. Unfortunately, if your TV can't accept the output from OUYA, the only realistic option is to purchase a new TV.
