Did you make a backup? If you did just restore via CWM! Easy fix.

Did anyone notice the Genre's listings are different now? I think they made them 4 rows tall instead of 3 or something? I also think they've got a better scaling algorithm for icons... I noticed a few of them, including mine don't have minor jaggies like they did before.

OK I added this mod to Xposed before installing the system update... and now the problem is that when the Ouya restarts and attempts to apply the update, it fails and becomes stuck on a red (!)

This could possibly be something to do with my su restricting access. It seems that whenever I tell it to "remember a setting forever" it always forgets and asks me again. Any thoughts?

Not every tv has an overscan fix, a lot of 720p TV's don't, this is something the company should be working to fix not the buyer, even Microsoft and Sony eventually updated their system to automatically detect outputs because not everyone is tech savvy and the first thing they think is something is wrong with the system and end up returning it or reselling it.

Mine actually has a screen fix for RGB, but not HDMI.

There is a video here showing how to download Astro via the browser which will give you easy access to your usb storage. With it you can delete extraneous stuff from the Downloads folder and sideload apps to your heart's content on what is already a rooted device. Whatever you install will be under Make in the home menu.

I'm aware that there are other alternatives... If you want to use FilePwn which starts in the Storage folder then hit Parent Folder a couple of times to backtrack then go thru mnt/ to find your usb drive!

You don't need a file browser to delete stuff. Just navigate into storage and select downloads and use the touchpad to put a checkmark in any of the boxes to the download you want to delete and use the touchpad and click on the trash can in the upper right of the screen.
