Yes, but take note:

1) You won't be charged again, even if it says it charged you.
2) I fixed this in a pending update.
3) Once you leave the main menu for the first time, that option won't come back unless you uninstall the game.
4) Your game is 99.99999% likely to really be registered. If you have any problems, I'm _always_ available to help with this kind of stuff.
