Do you guys have the moga pivot app installed? I find that on occasion I have to run that app, and start the game through it. That is the only way I was able to get INTO THE DEAD to work. Which is awesome btw. I don't have any problems with MC4. I think the A button throws grenades. I've also had luck by unchecking a game in the mod app, and rechecking it. Basically, you delete the key mapping and then redo it.

I have the app but it doesnt recognize MC4 for me.
